Delivery Information

All items on this website or in-store are normally held in stock in one of our warehouses and are available for same/next working day delivery to most of Sussex.

All deliveries are carried out by our own expert 2 man delivery team to most parts of Sussex.We do not deliver outside of Sussex as we would need to contract this service out and cannot guarantee the quality of service-neither do we want more business than we can handle.
As soon as we have received your order we will will contact you to confirm the details and arrange  a delivery day and advise whether it will be morning or afternoon.
We will endeavour to deliver on the day you have requested in the preferred delivery day drop down box,however this may not always be possible.

All BN postcodes excluding 11,12,13,14,16,17,18.

Delivery days and times

We deliver Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday and Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

 Basic boxed curbside delivery is morning or afternoon.We will not enter your property for delivery or removal or remove any packaging if this service is selected-it's free for you and quick for us!

Standard delivery is either morning (8.30-13.00) or afternoon (12.30-17.00), whilst we do our best to deliver within these timeframes sometimes circumstances beyond our control make this difficult (roadworks,accidents etc.) we will endeavour to keep you informed if we are running late.

School runs

Please let us know if you need to pop out for a school run,we will work around you.

Additional items

Should you wish to order any additional items ,we will be happy to deliver them at the same time at no extra charge (except range cookers and large style fridge freezers). Please call us to discuss further.

Stairs

Our standard delivery charge includes carrying up or down one flight of stairs, any extra flights will be charged at a flat rate extra charge of 10 pounds regardless of how many extra items or how many flights. Please call us to discuss range cookers and large fridge freezers.

Unpacking

If required we will unpack and remove all exterior packaging except on basic boxed deliveries. 


Delivery and Returns

Q.D.A. deliver to selected UK locations within a 11 mile radius of BN10 8LA, Peacehaven. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01273 585211 or enquiries@qda.co.uk to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Q.D.A. will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 2 days. Q.D.A. will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
