SAFETY WARNING – IMMEDIATE ACTION RECOMMENDED HOTPOINT & INDESIT BRANDED FREESTANDING GAS COOKERS

We have been made aware of a 3rd party supplier component issue in a small number of Hotpoint & Indesit branded gas cookers which has resulted in a safety concern. The issue relates to a potential risk of a gas leak from the lid shut-off valve following repeated product use over time affecting the batch produced between October 25 and November 22, 2024. If you own one of the affected models, you must not use it. We will arrange to send an engineer to replace the affected component. That appointment will take approximately one hour. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause but please rest assured we are doing all we can to resolve the issue quickly for affected customers.
